| 1. It was an easy undertaking for me to meet your wish in relation to the person of F. Oberli in W. |
| 2. For longer hours, I dealt with him and penetrated into him, as far as was necessary. |
| 3. This was without much difficulty, because this person has no directable defenses that he would know how to apply. |
| 4. Contrary to better knowledge, however, this person claims to be able to utilize defensive powers, as well as various powers of other forms, which are based in purely spiritual bases. |
| 5. F. O. is able to apply minimal hypnotic abilities, but this already comprises his entire ability and evaluation of capabilities. |
| 6. Nevertheless, he gladly sees himself as decidedly greater in this regard than he is in truth. |
| 7. He believes himself to be a highly developed human being spiritually and according to consciousness, although he consciously deceives himself with this. |
| 8. Irrational, semi-religious belief-acceptances and delusional belief keep him trapped in an extraordinarily strong material-intellectual thinking, from which he cannot free himself. |
| 9. His evolutionary stage of development lies on the average of the normal, average Earth human being, which I already said at an earlier point in time is 2-6. |
| 10. So, in terms of consciousness-based and spiritual qualities, he is still terribly far from the point where he comes within sight of the border area between material-intellectual and spiritual-intellectual thinking. |
| 11. His whole mind is still trapped in semi-religious and delusion-believing paths, which dominate him in consciousness-based enslavement. |
| 12. Unaware of the truth of the spirit and of the Creation, his thought processes of a material-intellectual nature are lost in dominating powers above him, that is, in god-acceptances and, thus, in belief-acceptances. |
| 13. Like slight and insignificant flashes, flashes of thought every now and then fumble ahead to the 3rd main stage, but they can neither hold themselves there nor attract any knowledge or cognition. |
| 14. This happens with him only on the grounds of hearsay, but not from his own cognitive initiative. |
| 15. His consciousness is very easily confusable, without the need for any use of force. |
| 16. He lacks the most minimal cognitions of a spiritual-intellectual manner of thinking, whereby he cannot even explain the powers of his minimal hypnotic ability. |
| 17. From his entire consciousness-based mode of thinking, he lives in an excessive belief-acceptance, which moreover makes him very arrogant. |
| 18. I already mentioned that contrary to better knowledge, he tends to claim things and abilities for himself, of which he is neither master, nor is he able to grasp them. |
| 19. His absolutely only recognizable ability is that of minimal hypnosis, but by this his abilities recognized and evaluated from him are already exhausted, and he cannot even analyse and explain that of hypnosis. |
| 20. His exaggerated, showy “knowledge," which in truth embodies only belief-acceptances, does not spring from his very own mental effort or any cognitions; rather, it comes from unrealistic traditions, claims, and unrealistic literary works. |
| 21. Hence, since he has found neither truth nor knowledge nor cognition nor ability, he wants to try to make up for this by assertions and by a wanting to know better, as for example in the form that he can simply do certain things to avert or find out whatever things. |
| 22. Nevertheless, the use of such abilities in recognition of the knowledge in truth is completely lacking to him, and he must be content with the minimal use of his hypnotic ability, which doesn’t even allow him to penetrate into the mental consciousness-form of a fellow human being. |
