We’ve recently intercepted various uncontrolled thoughts from members of your group, whereby we’ve become aware of some factors that I must now objectionably discuss, unfortunately, because due to the excessively strong thought-impulses of some people, we have addressed these factors and have found that despite our determinations, which were transmitted by Semjase, things are not proceeding in accordance with our wishes. |
| 3. First and foremost, this concerns the factor of the book, that is, the writing of GLORIA LEE. |
| 4. Concerning this writing, Semjase made it very clear that if it were to be disseminated, a pertinent and purposeful guide should be made and should accompany the writing, as this is absolutely necessary for clarification. |
| 5. However, as we discovered during our investigations, Hans Jacob has already begun with the dissemination of this writing, without the addition of the mentioned guide. |
| 6. This now casts an evil aspect on the truth and awakens wrong impressions and renewed irrational teachings in many human beings. |
| 7. Semjase explained in easy-to-understand terms that the writing represents the pure product of the author and has no relation whatsoever to any extraterrestrial life forms. |
| 8. The writer, very imaginative and influenced by various factors, had succumbed to a self-deception, which she unconsciously brought upon herself as a result of excessive imagination. |
| 9. The writing itself is valuable to the extent that it is able to convey a certain impression and possibilities in various relationships to human beings of the average consciousness-based state of your world, but for Earth human beings who are already enlightened and knowledgeable, it seems only interesting, yet it vanishes into complete triviality. |
| 10. Gloria Lee, as the author of the writing is called, had never been in contact with any life forms that surpassed her own norm. |
| 11. The whole written work is purely a product of her own thought processes and fantasies, which she had, in part, very skillfully combined into combinations and, consequently, was able to mention in advance future determinations, which could not apply at different stages, however, because they had come from false premises. |
| 12. It is very unfortunate that with regard to this writing, the production and inclusion of a purposeful guide was not heeded and the person distributing the writing acted arbitrarily. |
| 13. Through this, the truth becomes still very much endangered, and renewed untruths become spread. |
| 14. The disseminator of this writing is the person Hans Jacob, as I already said, to whom specifically we dedicated ourselves after recognizing these facts, and we found that he is very difficult to be instructed in certain things because of sectarian-religious beliefs. |
| 15. Moreover, the thoughts and volitional appearances in this person are highly prone to arbitrariness and to unjustified and sectarian doubts. |
| 16. So we also recognized that Hans Jacob is not able to process certain parts of the teaching offered and is subject to doubts. |
| 17. This is because this teaching of truth is completely new to him and because he is still very much trapped in the old and unrealistic teachings of his religion. |
| 18. We do not appreciate the lacking trustworthiness of this Hans Jacob, because his constant doubting and questioning the most important teaching of spirit and his arbitrariness cannot be reconciled with our task. |
| 19. Because if we issue determinations, then we have our reasons for it, so the determinations should also be followed. |
| 20. Even though we ourselves have not yet reached absolutely full development and, thus, necessarily have to make mistakes, we have nevertheless evolved so far that we are superior to the Earth human beings in many forms. |
| 21. Therefore, we also only issue determinations that are anchored and grounded in absolute logic. |
| 22. So when we issue determinations, we know very well what we are doing and what purposes they are to serve. |
| 23. But when these are contravened, they become meaningless and worthless because the path of the truth cannot be pursued and committed to through disregard. |
| 24. Hence, it cannot be allowed that our determinations become disregarded and everything thereby gets called into question. |
| 25. It is not acceptable that your fellow workers simply override our determinations and act in their sole discretion in these matters. |
| 26. We issue determinations only whenever they are necessary and should be followed. |
| 27. But whenever we leave anything to one’s own discretion, then one can also act according to one’s own discretion. |
| 28. In accordance with natural and creational laws, everything has its brazen order, and the Earth human being also has to follow this. |
| 29. In this regard, we are the leading and instructive factors to the Earth human being, which is why it will not do, that individuals rely on their illogic and do not act according to determinations issued. |
| 30. Even if their illogic doesn’t let them recognize our logic, this doesn’t mean a license for arbitrariness for them. |
| 31. We can only profitably offer the spiritual teaching and other things to the Earth human being if action is taken according to our determinations. |
| 32. But illogical arbitrariness harms our task in gross measures. |
| 33. In all stages of technological development, according to earthly time reckoning, we are about 3,500 years ahead of the Earth human being, while our development of consciousness has progressed around 25 million years further, which should be considered by all. |
| 34. So if an Earth human being, whose time span of development trails behind ours, is of the view that his illogical unknowledge surpasses the logical knowledge from our side, then this corresponds to a self-absorbed megalomania, as you like to call it. |
| 35. It should now be noted clearly that we cannot get involved with this mode of action of individuals. |
| 36. In further cases of such incidents, we would have to issue the determination that such persons be completely excluded from our interests. |
| 37. We cannot endanger our task because of them. |
| 38. At the same time, we don’t pay attention to the ingratitude for our honest efforts, but solely to the great endangerment of our task. |
| 39. So if we issue special determinations, then they should also be followed; otherwise, the offenders become useless in relation to the fulfillment of the task. |
| 40. The fulfillment of the task requires a harmonious collective, but not departures from the control of the good human nature. |
| 41. If an individual disregards a law or recommendation, he not only inflicts harm to himself, but he also adversely affects others by this. |
| 42. This is the law of spiritual power and the power of consciousness, which spread their swinging waves to all life forms. |
| 43. Due to a consciously committed fault, wide waves are thrown, which also hit innocent people with their striking forces. |
| 44. This is a law of nature, in order to create a oneness in cooperation. |
| 45. In the matter of Hans Jacob, I have endeavored to obtain personal cognition and have discovered that an urge for arbitrariness is strongly pronounced in him, whereby he is also inclined towards the substitute of old, traditional irrational teachings. |
| 46. Hence, he lets himself be taught the truth only with great difficulty and doubts its correctness. |
| 47. Many old irrational teachings are very powerful in him and inhibit progress towards the truth. |
| 48. He should therefore be given the advice to strive very intensively for the newly brought spiritual teaching and to confront it positively. |
| 49. He may, therefore, personally turn to our contact person for purposeful discussions, who is able to provide him exhaustive information, because his knowledge is the knowledge of the truth and of prophetic greatness. |
| 50. The instruction will not be easy, but of suitable use. |
| 51. But his effort must also be anchored in fighting against his arbitrariness and in following the determinations we have issued. |
| 52. Should he not do this, then we would have to do without his cooperation, as undesirable as this would be for us, because if he would think in the genuine forms of the truth, then he would be a very valuable link in the chain of our task. |
| 53. Another point is to be mentioned regarding the Contact Reports, because as we have recognized, you all are finally striving to prepare the reports for distribution. |
| 54. However, there is a factor with this, which is not within our purpose, because we have recently discussed it very thoroughly. |
| 55. According to the view of some of your members, the reports should only be partially drawn up and disseminated, with all personal matters and so forth being removed. |
| 56. On our part, we cannot agree to that in all things. |
| 57. Consequently, our decision is that only extremely internal and private matters are to be concealed, but otherwise the reports should be distributed letter-for-letter according to the established wording, as the case may be. |
| 58. But because of this, there are also to be included all personal points which must not be omitted on account of their informational importance. |
| 59. The reports are only valuable and complete if they are reproduced word-for-word in all things that are important for the public and if they contain all the important factors in this regard. |
| 60. This is a determination that is based on very precise considerations and on a logical basis. |
| 61. All personal and other things, which may not or should not be mentioned in the reports or distributed, have unfortunately not been kept out of the reports from the beginning. |
| 62. All existing Contact Reports, therefore, contain not only precisely that which should be presented and explained to Earth humanity. |
| 63. We cannot consider it unacceptable to omit certain facts, information, statements, corrections, or other parts of conversations and so on. |
| 64. But also in this respect, the necessary truth must nevertheless be spread and taught loudly, even if certain instructive things for and with regard to individual persons are very unpleasant for them. |
| 65. But this applies not only to some of your members but also to ourselves, because we, too, often still make unrecognized mistakes. |
| 66. These are the decisive facts that I had to mention today. |
| 67. We now expect recognition of said mistakes and their correction. |
| 68. It is not very pleasant for us if we constantly have to deal with the same facts. |
| 69. Once we make a statement or issue a determination, that should really be enough. |
| 70. It really should not be that all things have to be repeated and discussed several times. |
| 71. In this regard, we have also ordered for Semjase to refrain in the future from any repetitions of a factor once explained. |
| 72. Because what has once been explained or discussed needs no further explanation. |
| 73. Anything otherwise is not only very time-consuming but also illogical and superfluous. |
| 74. In no way do we try to exercise dictatorial measures or impose our will or our knowledge upon the Earth human beings. |
| 75. We have only taken on the self-imposed task of transmitting the teaching of truth and some other things. |
| 76. Whoever wants to accept and acknowledge this teaching can do so at his own discretion, and whoever wants to reject it, will reject it. |
| 77. Those who acknowledge it, however, must be aware that only quite definite lines are able to maintain an order, so special determinations and instructions must be followed, and also, certain assistance from their side is not indispensable. |
| 78. Only in this way can the laws and recommendations be fulfilled and the brazen order be preserved. |
