Is there a direct relationship between practicing Creational laws and directives and having ones spiritual powers increase.
践行‘Creational laws and directives/创造性的法则和指令’与提升一个人的‘spiritual powers/精神性力量’之间，是否存在直接联系呢（？）。
I am meaning in a noticeable change in one life span.
我的意思是，在一个生命周期内…（达成）一个显著的变化。
Or is the benefit mainly only for the spirit and not the current personality the spirit enlivens.

The human being is using (or misusing) the Creational laws and commandments every day, and he sees (and experiences) the effects.
「Human Being/人类」每天都在使用（或者误用）‘Creational laws and commandments/创造性的法则和戒律’，（由此…）他能看到（以及体验到）结果/效果。
It’s a thing of cause and effect, directed by his thoughts, motivation etc., and it’s the human being himself who is making use individually, negatively or positively, according to his own decision.
这是一种‘a thing of cause and effect/因果事物’（即：因果律），由他的‘thoughts/想法’、「Motivation/动机」等为导向，并且是「Human Being/人类」自己根据他自身的决定，（从而选择）独自地、消极地…又或是积极地对此（即：因果律）加以利用。
And the whole process is dependent on which stage the persons lives in, like childhood, age of puberty, adulthood.
整个过程取决于‘persons/人们’当前所处的阶段，像是童年（期）、青春期、成年（期）。

顺便说一句：
Many human beings are being stuck in the age of puberty and are led by contradictory nature (Zwiespältigkeit), aggressions, etc., like it is or has been the case with persons like Hitler, Bush, Hussain, etc.
许多「Human Beings/人类」正受困于青春期，并被‘contradictory nature/自相矛盾的本性’（「Zwiespältigkeit/矛盾心理」）、侵略性等所引导，就像是「Adolf Hitler」，「George Walker Bush」，「Saddam Hussein」等‘persons/人’现在或者过去的情况一样。
Such people are of the opinion that they are mature/grown up, but in reality they aren’t.

They are lacking self-education, and they show bias which is a clear sign of puberty.
