There is something I have pondered and have not come to a complete understanding.

The person known as Mother Teresa had visited many countries during her lifetime and sought out the poorest of people to help and comfort.

In your opinion would you consider this person someone of greatness and a true humanitarian, or perhaps someone who has been misguided by religious ideas and philosophies?

Mother Teresa ‘produced’ things she then believed to be real and true.

Actually she was living in a religious-sectarian delusion.

She was dealing (selling) children and sending/donating about 2 billion/milliard $ to the Pope.

She did take children into her care in order to raise and educate them.
她确实让（那些）‘children/孩子’接受了她的照顾，以便抚养和教育他们。
She then sold them to rich people (Europeans, Americans, …), and when the parents of the children were asking about them she told them that the child had died.
