Are there any reasons recommending against mixed-race couples procreating offspring?
有没有什么理由…建议反对‘mixed-race/混血’夫妇生育后代呢？

I seem to recall reading that children borne of mixed-race coupling had lowered immune systems or increased susceptance to disease; however I cannot find any references corroborating this statement.
我记得好像读到过：‘mixed-race coupling/混血融合’的孩子，免疫系统（的抵抗力）会降低，又或是增大患病几率；但我找不到任何参考资料…来佐证这种说法。

In the bulletin ‘A Crusade Against Overpopulation’ there is reference to mixed-race marriages but nothing indicating health problems in the resulting descendants.
在‘「A Crusade Against Overpopulation/一场反对人口过剩的运动」’的公告中，有提到过‘mixed-race/混血’婚姻，但没有迹象表明…由此产生的后代会存在任何健康问题。

If this happens sparsely, it’s ok.
如果这种情况发生地很少，那没关系。

But the mixing of races in great numbers will bring degeneration because of genetic effects.
但（如果）‘mixing of races/种族混合’大量发生，就会由于「Genetic Effects/基因效应」…带来「Degeneration退化」。

My wife and I love each other very much and we are both aware of the spirit teaching and The Creation.

I’ve seen so much talk of you against interracial coupling and while I am not encouraging the world to suddenly mix into one race, I believe in exceptions.

It is fair couples like us should exist and exist without being judged.

Of course there are exceptions.
当然，有许多例外。

What has been said is that the mixing of races on a broad scale, e.g. through mass migration, has many (but not only) negative effects, health-wise, cultural, political, etc.
Billy之前所说的是：如果是大范围的‘mixing of races/种族混合’，例如，通过大规模移民，就会有许多（但不仅仅是）负面的影响，健康、文化和政治等方面的问题。

If you love each other then there’s absolutely no problem.
如果你们彼此相爱，那绝对没有任何问题。
